Covid-19 and the experiences of vulnerable urban youth in Ethiopia

The Ministry of  Women, Children and Youth in collaboration with sector ministries, development partners, youth organisations and other stakeholders is working on different initiatives to ensure the availability of accessible, comprehensive and user-friendly information and services for women, children and youth in Ethiopia.

As part of these initiatives, the Ministry in partnership with UNFPA Ethiopia and GAGE is convening a webinar on ‘covid-19 and the experiences of vulnerable urban youth in Ethiopia: challenges and priority actions’.

The webinar will disseminate research findings on the impact of covid-19 on vulnerable youth, and consolidate a response from partners and stakeholders.

It will be attended by key ministries, high-level delegates, heads of agencies and other stakeholders working on covid-19 prevention and response, and youth development.
