The GAGE Bangladesh Impact Evaluation Baseline Survey (2019) School Questionnaire aims to capture  information on the impacts of interventions for adolescents in Chittagong and Sylhet. The questions probe for  school policies, school programs, enrolment, exam scores, eve teasing and sexual harassment, and direct observation.
