Growth Mindset programming promotes the belief that personal characteristics, such as intellectual abilities, can be nurtured, developed and improved, thus aims to support and grow adolescent resilience. GAGE evaluated the virtual adaptation of the Growth Mindset intervention based on the delivery of learning material and guided discussions, as a pilot in conjunction with the World Bank in Chittagong and Sylhet Divisions in Bangladesh between 2020 – 2021.
GAGE is conducting a randomised control trial involving approximately 2000 adolescents of Growth Mindset to inform adapting programming and potential scale up by the government of Bangladesh and the World Bank (2018-2024).
